Cross Seas is currently seeking a Product Manager Intern for a full-time, on-site internship (6 months). The Product Manager Intern will assist the merchandisers in their daily tasks, including customer relationship management, supplier management, deliverables, and reporting.

In this role, the intern will work closely with various cross-functional teams to provide essential support for product management services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and have a passion for the fashion and leather industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management: Assisting in managing client relationships to ensure smooth communication and satisfaction throughout the product development process.
• Supplier Management: Supporting the management and coordination of suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and components.
• Deliverables and Reporting: Assisting in preparing reports and tracking deliverables to ensure products are developed and delivered on time.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Working alongside various teams (including design, manufacturing, and marketing) to ensure efficient product management and development.
• Product Development Support: Participating in product development processes, from initial concept to final production, ensuring all aspects meet the quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (Bac+4/5).
• A strong interest in the fashion, textiles, or leather industry.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential for communication with international clients and teams.
• Proficiency in using computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
• A strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Skills in product development, market research, and competitor analysis are highly valued.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A detail-oriented and organized approach to managing multiple projects and tasks.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track and present relevant metrics.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
